Catherine’s Health Center at Streams
We’ve partnered with Catherine’s Health Center, a Federally Qualified Healthcare System, to offer compassionate, holistic healthcare in a family practice setting. Services include dental health, behavioral health, preventative health screenings, sick visits, chronic disease management, and women’s health exams, charged through the patient’s insurance company.
